Church Holiday

Once a year we go on holiday together as a church. This year we're going to Keswick, in the heart of the Lake District. The dates are 25-27 May 2012. Book the date in your diaries!

Our aim is to enjoy being together as a church in a beautiful part of the UK, with outstanding weather (we hope!) Friends who don't normally come to church are most welcome, and you can assure them we are not going to max ourselves out with talks and discussion groups.

We will arrive on Friday afternoon, and eat an evening meal together at the Keswick Convention Centre. On Saturday, after a civilised breakfast, there will be a variety of ways to enjoy Keswick. Some will want to walk in the hills. Some will want to investigate the town. If you want to put your feet up at a Cafe - that's fine too!

In the evening, we'll eat together at the Convention Centre, before relaxing in the common room, and going for a drink. On Sunday morning, we will gather for church and then tackle the now infamous "Keswick Challenge" before heading back to Newcastle after lunch.
